Competitive team is for girls who show exceptional talent and work ethic, as well as the drive to succeed in gymnastics. Students will progress through the USAG levels and attend various competitions throughout the year.
Xcel
Xcel offers the competitive experience without the huge commitment of the Junior Olympic Program. This is an invitation only program.
Pre-team is an invitation only class composed of girls who show the talent and desire to possibly do competitive gymnastics in the future. These classes train anywhere between 3 and 6 hours per week.
